Please Note:

1. Half day rental is defined as either prior to 5pm or after 5pm.

2. For morning rentals, the building key may be picked up the previous evening and must be returned on the day of use, no later than 6 pm.

3. For evening rentals, the key will not be available before 4 pm the day of the event

4. After use, ICC facilities must be left secured, without damage and in good condition. Failure to meet these conditions will result in additional charges, including the forfeiting of the safety deposit.

5. Community groups renting ICC facilities (auditorium and kitchen) may use the auditorium for practice / rehearsal once prior to the scheduled event at a time when no other event is scheduled. Usage must not exceed 8 hours and arrangements must be made through the ICC schedule coordinator.

6. Life Members of the ICC may use the Auditorium and Kitchen for one day in a year, either for themselves or for their immediate family. A custodial fee of $150, which will also serve as a non-refundable reservation fee, must be paid at the time of reservation.

Reservation, Fee Payment and Safety Deposit Requirements :

1. A non-refundable deposit, greater of $150 or one-half the total rental fee, is due at the time of reservation, which will be applied toward the rental fee.

2. In addition to the remaining rental fee, a refundable safety deposit check for $150 must also be given at the time of key pick-up.

3. For use of the projection system the remote control and cables may be picked up with the key for which a refundable safety deposit check of $150 will be required.

3. The refundable safety deposit checks will be destroyed once it has been ascertained that the conditions stated in the renter’s agreement have been met.
